Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz each) Rosarita® Traditional Refried Beans
  • 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
  • 16 oz Velveeta®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Tortilla chips, optional

Directions

  1. Garnish with additional green onions and serve queso bean dip with tortilla chips, if desired.
  2. Combine refried beans, undrained tomatoes, Velveeta® and onions in medium saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat until Velveeta melts, about 12 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently.

Cook's Tips

Make it a double for a crowd! Substitute 32 oz Velveeta®, two 16 oz cans Rosarita® Beans, two 10 oz cans Rotel® and 1 cup green onions.
