Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz each) Rosarita® Traditional Refried Beans
  • 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
  • 16 oz Velveeta®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Tortilla chips, optional

Directions

  1. Combine refried beans, undrained tomatoes, Velveeta and onions in medium saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat until Velveeta melts, about 12 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Garnish with additional green onions and serve queso bean dip with tortilla chips, if desired.

Cook's Tips

Make it a double for a crowd! Substitute 32 oz Velveeta®, two 16 oz cans Rosarita® Beans, two 10 oz cans Rotel® and 1 cup green onions.
