Ingredients
- 1 lb (16 oz) Velveeta®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
- 1 pkg (6 oz each) Oscar Mayer® Deli Fresh Southwestern Seasoned or Grilled Chicken Breast, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 6 to 7 minutes or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 3 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
Cook's Tips
Substitute 1/2 lb ground beef, cooked and drained, for the chopped chicken breast strips. Dip also can be prepared using Mexican Velveeta.Southwestern Chicken Queso Dip
